Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders and services provided by Printify Cards. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

We design and print custom identity, staff, student, membership and event cards and related accessories. We are an independent printing company and are not affiliated with any bank, financial institution, government agency or card issuer. We do not produce payment cards of any kind.

Orders and proofs

Every order includes a free digital proof. Printing begins only after you approve the proof in writing (including by email).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply, such as names, ID numbers and photos. Please check the proof carefully.
Once a proof is approved, changes may require a new order.

Acceptable use

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, names, photos and designs you send us, and that the cards are for lawful identification, membership or access purposes. You must not order cards intended to impersonate another organization, government body or financial institution, or to deceive others.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown per card and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may require a deposit on large or custom orders.

Reprints and errors

If an error is our fault after you approved the proof, we reprint it at no charge. If the error is in the information you supplied, a reprint is charged at cost.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
