Shipping & returns

Production time

Orders up to 500 cards are printed within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Larger orders take 4–5 business days. Custom design projects may add a day or two before the proof is ready.

Shipping

• We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS, with tracking on every order.
• Standard, expedited and overnight options are shown at checkout.
• Shipping cost is calculated from the weight and destination of your order.

Returns & reprints

Because every card is custom printed for you, we cannot accept returns for a refund. Instead we stand behind our work with a reprint policy:

• If a card is defective or the error is our fault after you approved the proof, we reprint it free and cover return shipping.
• If the error is in the information you supplied, we reprint at cost.
• Report any issue within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the affected cards.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before you approve your proof for a full refund. Once printing has started, an order cannot be cancelled.
