What is the minimum order?
Orders start at 10 cards. Rush single cards are available at a separate price.
What format should my data be in?
An Excel or Google Sheets file with one row per person. Name each photo after the ID number, for example NWL-2048.jpg. We can send you a template.
Which RFID card do I need for my office?
Most time clocks and older door readers use 125 kHz proximity cards. Many newer access systems use 13.56 MHz MIFARE. Tell us your reader model and we will match the right card.
How do new-hire badges work?
Your company template stays on file. Email the new employee's details and photo and the badge ships within one business day.
How long does printing take?
Orders up to 500 cards print within 2 business days after proof approval. Larger orders take 4–5 business days, plus shipping time.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS, with expedited options at checkout.
What if there is a mistake on a card?
If we made the error after you approved the proof, we reprint it free. If the error was in the data you sent, we reprint at cost.
How can I pay?
Credit card, PayPal or ACH bank transfer. Businesses, schools and government agencies can request Net-30 invoicing.
